I'm having an odd problemon a beta site running 2.9.2 and Atahualpa 3.4.6. :

By default, on the Edit Posts page, each post is listed. Under the title is a set of four action links:

Edit, Quick Edit, Trash, and View

Just recently, the Quick Edit link quit displaying. This is important because it's the tool used to set a post to "sticky" in the theme. It may have occurred when a plug-in was updated, but I'm unsure of the timing.

The link reappears when Revisionary is disabled, but obviously I'd like it to keep on working.

I also am running Role Scoper, but because toggling Revisionary off seems to fix the problem I haven't tested changing RS settings.

Any ideas where I can look for a conflict between the theme and Revisionary?

There were some complications on hiding the link per-item and I just never got around to dealing with it. If you promise to incur all liability for invalidly Quick-Edited revisions, the links can all be reinstated by commenting out the following lines in plugins/revisionary/admin_rvy.php:
