First of all congratulations for the plugin. It was what I needed but I find it quite complicated and unintuitive.
I would like to giving the possibility to users with Contributor rule  or subscriber the ability to sendor post-reviewed (and even edit existing posts with revision). But I also want that the users can include photos and photo galleries.

ps. I installed both Revisionary that discov Role of wordpress MU

What settings should I implement it to run my site?

• User subscriber -> Can edit other post and add new post (with revision) + Photogallery
• User contributor -> Can edit other post and add new post (with revision) + Photogallery + manage category
• Other roles remain the dafault

Maybe Subcriber user have a permission for change a retrictions and roles. Can I delete this permession or hide this 2 link?
