Thanks for the great plugin. I am also using BuddyPress to built a site and wants to control the tabs (like Group, Members) visibility  according to roles, can Role Scoper do this?

Not exactly. I have an unpublished plugin that adjusts access to various BP group administration functions ('bp_send_invites', 'bp_edit_group_details', 'bp_delete_groups', 'bp_edit_group_settings', 'bp_edit_group_avatar', 'bp_manage_group_members', 'bp_manage_group_requests', 'bp_forum_reply_topic', 'bp_invite_members'). But it is based on BP group role, not WP role. Due to BuddyPress API limitations, it is not possible to escalate group capabilities beyond what BP would grant by default.
