It can be done through Role Scoper make page, which provide a list of titles. And that people saw what it opened, which closed? 

For example: 
Section 1 (open) 
Section 2 (@ Closed) 
Section 3 (@ Closed) 
Section 4 (@ Closed)

I take it that you want to generate a list of all Pages or all Categories, showing which have Restrictions and which are unrestricted.  There is no easy way to do this. 

Next best for the admin backend:

  • Go to Restrictions > Page, Restrictions > Category, or Restrictions > Post
  • Click on "show empty" (however, only shown are post/page with restrictions and the newest 100 without restrictions)

Next best for the front end:

  • Turn on the Hidden Content Teaser (Roles > Options) 
  • Log out
  • Viewing the site as an Anonymous user, all Restricted content will be replaced by a "sorry" message.
