By default, open the entire blog, and Role Scoper closes access to some sections. I want to have an inverse function to the default closed everything, Role-Scoper open access to this or other groups.

I want to do on WordPress tool for communication within different projects. So I saw all the processes in one place, and people saw only what applies to their projects. And so it was not necessary each time for each of his notes indicate urven access.

They write a note, and she immediately falls in their group, and only in their group.

Separation of the access panel shows the names and groups specific to their section. And there is nothing outside it.

In the extended version, you should be able to add a user to other groups, which are higher in the hierarchy than his team. In these groups, he has no access, but may create a note, which will be addressed this group or individual users from this group (eg superiors, superiors or bosses).

Thus it turns Dashboard ideal for communication inside the company.

This is a configuration issue; you can default to closed access already:

  1. Set all users to a WordPress role of Subscriber
  2. Go to Restrictions > Pages, and Restrict the Page Reader role for "DEFAULTS for all Pages"
  3. Go to Restrictions > Categories, and Restrict the Post Reader role for "DEFAULTS for all Categories"
  4. For extra security, also set all your Posts and Pages to "Private" visibility in case Role Scoper gets deactivated.
  5. Use Roles > General to give blog-wide reading or editing roles to whichever Users or Groups need it.
  6. Use Roles > Pages and Roles > Categories to give content-specific reading or editing roles to whichever Users or Groups need it.
  7. Remember that even if you give somebody a Page Editor Role for certain pages, they cannot create new pages unless you also give them a General Role of Page Author.

That sounds like a good use of Categories. If you have groups who should share the same Category access, go to Users > Groups, and create new groups as needed. Then give each group Roles as described above.

I don't know what you mean by "separation of the access panel". Role Scoper already hides inaccessable categories, posts and pages, both on the front end and in wp-admin.

In the extended version, you should be able to add a user to other groups, which are higher in the hierarchy than his team. In these groups, he has no access, but may create a note, which will be addressed this group or individual users from this group (eg superiors, superiors or bosses).

That sounds like private messaging. Maybe you should look into a plugin like WP Private Messages or User Messages. I'm not really interested in coding in developing that kind of functionality myself.

Then again, if you want them to send a message to all members of some group, you could just create a "Messages to Group_A" category. Make that category readable only by Group_A. Also make it the only Group_A category which User_B can post to.

Thus it turns Dashboard ideal for communication inside the company.

Let me know if I have understood your questions correctly. If there is some additional access control requirement for your usage, I will be interested in adjusting Role Scoper to meet it. So far, I have not heard any such clear specification.

The mention of "Dashboard" and "Panels" makes me wonder if you are asking about User Interface enhancements. If so, I would be interested in hearing you ideas but it's probably not Role Scoper's domain.

This involves the use of common plug-in, that is, setting access rights for each page or a note. It is assumed that the notes creates a single administrator, while others just read.

I want a little different:

1. She should be able to write his notes, discuss their own and others (related to their group) of a note in the comments. So obviously need the role of «Autor»

2. It is necessary that they had no need to configure access rights to their notes otedlno (assuming that they can not, do not want and can not forget, so it is not safe).

3. They simply write their notes and read everything that has to them, without having to configure anything separately

4. All settings makes the administrator who gives adjusts access rights for each of the users of the blog.
