Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm having trouble figuring this out. I have a site with approximately 50 users at the Author level. Here's how they're currently set up:

  1. Default WP author role can submit new posts for review but cannot publish.
  2. All but two categories restricted.
  3. Can only see their own posts in wp-admin/edit.php

This is perfect for new users. But after a user submits a couple posts that look ok, I'd like to give him the capability to publish without submitting for review. How can I do that on a per-user basis?

Thanks!!

Assuming you haven't modified the RS Role Definitions, just go to Roles > General and assign the user(s) of your choice a General Role of Post Author.
