I love your plugin, its exactly what i need.

The problem is i have Role Manager, Post-Levels and Members prior to install. After i installed your plugin i realized the potential so i got rid of Post-Levels and Role Manager. Then i realized i could still use Role Manager so i reinstalled. In the meantime i am deleting user roles (most of the default except subscriber and Admin) and doing the Role scoper "thing".

Long story short, things arent acting right now. When i go to the Users>Author + Users i get a header that says:
Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in /home1/…./public_html/…./wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 537

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in /home1/…./public_html/…../wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 537

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in /home1/…./public_html/…./wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 539

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in /home1/…./public_html/…./wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 537

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in /home1/…./public_html/…./wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 539

Is there anyway to start fresh? I dont want to start with a new database and wp install after the work in the posts. I have no problem deleting the 8 users so far. I am hoping for a simple "remove the capabilities folder" and so forth.

I tried the capability folder reinstall, didnt work.

thanks for any help.

I'm guessing the problem is that some of your users have a role which no longer exists, or which is defined with no capabilities.

In the user list, does anyone have an invalid or missing role? Changing their role (using checkboxes and the "change role to" dropdown) may be all you need to do.

If there is some problem with your WP role definitions, you could always install a separate default copy of WordPress, then use phpMyAdmin to copy the role defs over from that default install. They are stored in the wp_options table, in option value wp_user_roles (where the "wp_" corresponds to your db table prefix)
