I just started to use role scoper and I find it very amazing!

The only thing is that i am facing some issues with attachements.

ISSUE 1

I have given a WP role the capabilities to upload_files + basic subscriber's caps.

The problem is that the user cannot see all the attached files. How would that be possible ? Note that if I deactivate role scoper the user can see all attachements.

ISSUE 2

This is irrelevant of the first issue.

I have installed the media library categories plugin that adds a media_category taxonomy to categorize attachements. Despite the fact that the taxonomy appears in Roles->Options->Realm->Taxonomy Usage and is ticked, it is not shown under Roles or Restrictions. My final goal is to behave to an attachement like a post. I.E. a user would be able to upload/edit attachements only in specific media categories to her role.

That plugin isn't going to mesh with Role Scoper because RS filters attachments solely based on their related post. The Media Categories are related directly to the uploaded media.
