I have installed Roler Scoper and it looks like a great plugin, adding some much needed funcitonality to WP.

I have played around with it and read the documentation I could find, but I'm still struggling to find the best way to accomplish my goal. My site is a business directory and each company has a one-post company profile, and what I want  is this:

I want to be able to create a user that has access to edit the contents of the one post that belongs to their company only. They should not see any other posts when they login, and as little other admin options as possible. If possible they should not be able to change the category either.

I have accomplished some of this but I'm not sure if I do it the smartest way. I would be very gratetful if someone could explain the steps to accomplish this setup.
