I have added a user to a Group setup with Page Editor privileges in one specific category only.
The user can delete individual posts from that category, but if they try to use the Bulk Action delete (even on one post), when you click Apply you get a "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page" error, and the post is not deleted.

Are these posts or pages, and is the assigned role really Page Editor or Post Editor?

I can confirm that your bug report holds true for a Post Editor category role assignment.

Yes, it's POST editor, not Page Editor… sorry.
And the users WP Role is Subscriber if that matters.
