To enable them to moderate comments on all the same posts they can revise, go to Roles > Options > RS Role Defs. Select the "moderate comments" checkbox for Post Revisor and Page Revisor, and also the corresponding "sync WP Revisor to these selections" checkbox.

If what you're asking is an ability to moderate comments on posts which they have revised, then the answer for now is no. That's a much more difficult task which I'd need to defer to the wish list / consulting candidate archive.
