Hi,

I'm working on a multisite installation of WordPress 3.1.3, that's currently running Role Scoper 1.3.40, and for some reason, only user accounts with Network Admin access are able to add more than one menu via the 'Menu' in the dashboard.

Admins for individual sites are successfully able to add and manage one menu, but can't add another due to the fact that the "+" tab is never visible to them.

Users with Network Admin access have no problems.

I would really appreciate any feedback/suggestions.

This is fixed in Role Scoper 1.3.42.
