Thanks for the great plugin!

The following is what I want:
1. Group A can only post to the blue category.
2. Group A can only create and edit the page and subpages of the page titled "blue page".
3. Group B can only post to the red category.
4. Group B can only create and edit the page and subpages of the page titled "red page".

So I restricted all categories, posts and pages.

Under Roles>Categories, I assigned Group A post editor to the blue category, like wise for Group B to red category.

Under Roles>Posts, I assigned Group A and B as post editor.

Under Roles>Pages, I assigned for selected and subpages Group A to Page "blue page" and like wise for Group B to red page.

Under Roles>General, I assigned Group A and B as post editor.

Under this setup a user under Group A can only post to the blue category, but he can not create a new page.

If I go to Roles>General, and assign Group A and B as page editor, a user under Group A can create a page, BUT can post in both category blue and red.

What am I missing?

If I set the general role assignment to page author, I can create a new page, but when I create a post, I see all categories.

Awesome, works great. 

I did have to unrestrict post reader, post contributer, post author and post editor for it to work properly.  I assume I actually could have just unrestricted post editor and it would have worked. 

If I didn't do this, I couldn't actually create a new post.
