I have most users set as "editors" with edit_theme_options enabled; however, they can no longer edit the navigation menus. The navigation menus can be created but then disappear and cannot be edited later on. I can fix this problem by deactivating Role Scoper, switching into the user and looking at the menu admin screen, and then reactivating Role Scoper. Is there a setting I'm missing in Role Scoper that could be causing this?

In the current version, you'll have to go into Roles > Navigation Menus and assign the Nav Menu Manager role to [WP Editor] for every menu. I'll look into fixing that.

Actually, if you're just looking to restore default WP functionality and don't care about menu-specific roles, just disable the following setting:
Roles > Options > Realm tab > "Term Scope" > Navigation Menus
Note that setting is in the third section from the top, not in the "Taxonomy Usage" section. The navigation menu checkbox should not be there.

Ah, I see. I must have missed the addition of Nav Menu roles somehow. I'm going with just disabling the nav menu roles on my end, but that's good to know. Thank you!
