Can't make (arbitrary) user Group Administrator

Hello Kevin,

first of all thanks for continually maintaining your plugin — it's really needed to turn WP into a multiuser CMS! I'm working on my site for a couple of months now and your recent updates solved a lot of problems.

But now I got stuck with this (I tried some Forum/Google searching before):

Basic question: how can I make an arbitrary user a Group Administrator (of a specific group)?

I only found the "General" option to assign this capability generally but even this doesn't make my user show up in the group option's list of "eligible users" for group administration. Only WP-Admins are listed there (having this capability "via other scope" which is, of course, correct).

All of this sounds like being related to the problem fixed in v1.0.0-rc3b but I'm using v1.0.0-rc9.9216. After all it might be perfectly possible that I'm just overlooking the option where I could grant these rights. For either solution, any help would be heavily appreciated!

Role Scoper was limiting eligible Group Administrators to those who can edit_posts blog-wide (or at least category-wide).

Beginning with the newly updatedRole Scoper development snapshot (rc9.9227), you can now defeat that limitation by disabling the "Require blog-wide edit role" option on the Advanced tab of Role Scoper options.
