I have "role scoper 1.2.8 beta 5″ and "custom post type UI 0.6.1″ installed.

The custom post types only shows up, when I logged in.

I'm using own registered menus and have noc restrictions activated.

When I deactivate the plugin I can see the navigation but the links aren't working because the custom post types are not mapped.

I have the same issue when I create own post types without the UI plugin.

How can I solve the problem?

This is fixed in Role Scoper 1.2.8.RC (which is still being uploaded and processed at the time of this post).

I have the same problem ! I've uploaded RS 1.2.8 Beta 5 and the problem is not fixed.

The custom post types only shows up for administrator, not for suscribers, contributers,…

Hope this helps.

There are some additional fixes related to custom post types in the subsequent RC code. Try Role Scoper 1.3.RC3 (or 1.2.9.RC3 for WP < 3).
