I want to create custom user/group for editing only one Page and it's subpages.
But it seems to impossible to set Page Editor and Page Associate role together (using v.1.3.44). In RS roles definition, only page associate can Create children page, but it can only read. In other roles the option for creating children pages is disabled (i.e. enable it for editor should be enough) so I can not set it up.
So now my user only see one parent page and can edit it. With no chance to create new sub-page.
Is there any workaround for this? It is a bug or feature?
Thank you a lot.

The Page Parent dropdown is filtered such that non-Editors can select only pages for which they have a Page Editor or Page Associate role. In the Page Associate alternative, that role (and its create_child_pages capability) is to be assigned to the would-be parent page, not the child page. I've implemented it as a proprietary role/cap which is only available for supplemental assignment in this manner.

I think this is the same issue I'm having, where the users are not able to create new pages, because they don't see the "page attributes" module. if they were able to see the parent page drop down, they'd be able to creat pages only under that parent page, which is also what I'm hoping can happen here.
If this is figured out, it may also fix the issue I'm having where the user is not seeing the "featured image" module?
I hope, anyway.

Actually, jmills' issue is that the current Revisionary version does not support Page Attribute revisioning.
