at start i apologize for my english and i hope you will understand me.

I setup rule for suscribers to post in specific category but non-registered users cant se posts of the suscribers and i cant find any option that allow anonymous users to see all post.

If the posts are published with a visibility of "Public", Role Scoper will not restrict read access to them by default.

Make sure you have not set a Restriction on the Post Reader role. Check Restrictions > Categories (defaults and per-category) and Restrictions > Posts (defaults).
