Everything seems to work perfectly, except for the Media Library..

The Authors are able to see their own individual files they have uploaded into the Media Library and they are not permitted to view what other users have uploaded - that's exactly what I want

However, I want my Editors are not able to view what my authors have uploaded…

I understand that there are these two options:

- Non-editors see other users' attached uploads
For users who are not site-wide Editors, determines Media Library visibility of files uploaded by another user and now attached to a post which the logged user can edit.
- Non-editors see other users' unattached uploads
For users who are not site-wide Editors, determines Media Library visibility of unattached files which were uploaded by another user.

But this is not what I want because the Authors can look at each others' files

What I have tried/Other Information:

- I did deactivate Role Scoper and the Editors were able to see the Media Library, but Authors were able to see each others' files, so I suspect it's got somethng to do with Role Scoper?

- Under Options > RS Role Definitions, Editors are able to upload files

- The only plugin that may conflict is User Role Editor, but I did reset to WordPress' default Editor permissions and deactivated the plugin, and Editors still can't view the content in Media Library that Authors have uploaded

I was having the same problem — my users not being able to delete their files from the Media Library — so I updated to the latest version of your plugin, and they can now delete.

The problem is now users can view and delete OTHER USERS' files from the Media Library.  Is there a way to tighten this restriction?  I don't care so much about users viewing other users' files but I don't want them to be able to delete any but their own.
