Your filter on get_bookmarks does not currently account for more than one value in the orderby param.

it took me ages to figure out why my links were showing for admins only despite no restrictions in RS.

turns out of course this filter bails out if request is from admin.

hardway-bookmarks_rs.php  - Line: 134

default:
    $orderby = "link_" . $orderby;

should read

default:
   $orderparams = array();
   foreach ( explode(',', $orderby) as $ordparam )
    $orderparams[] = 'link_' . trim($ordparam);
   $orderby = implode(',', $orderparams);


as per the get_bookmarks() function in wp-includes\bookmarks.php - Line:223.
