I need to create a staff blog category that is only viewable by staff.  This seems pretty simple but im having trouble hiding the category.  Staff(contributors, editors, admin) should be able to login an post, checking the Staff Blog category and this post be viewable to only logged in staff.  Any ideas?

Restrict the Post Reader role for the "Staff Blog" category. See Restrictions > Categories

Note that posts which are also in an unrestricted category will still be displayed to anonymous viewers and Subscribers.
