Using WP 3.0.1 and RS 1.2.8

Want to hide one category (which is also a menu item) from [WP Subscriber] group.

I used WP 3 custom menu to create menu.

Can you upgrade to Role Scoper 1.3.RC3 and let me know if the behavior is still unexpected?
