In the Readers, Contributors and Editors metaboxes, check the "Restrict for Page" checkbox. Or, if all private posts should be hidden from non-Administrators, you can simply remove the read_private_posts and read_private_pages capabilities from the Editor role using a WP role editor plugin such as Capability Manager, Members or User Role Editor.
