Your web server is configured with an open_basedir restriction which prevents the WordPress function wp_upload_dir() from executing successfully. The restrictions prevent WordPress from executing a file_exists() or is_dir() check on any folder other than /home/supermag/ and its subdirectories.

Sooner or later this would cause you problems even if you didn't run Role Scoper.

I would ask your web host to stop running in safe mode. If they say it's not, then ask them to eliminate the open_basedir restriction.
