I used next_post_link() and previous_post_link() for pagination. The pagination usually show the published post only, however it's display the trashed posts too.

this problem showed in 'custom post type' on single page.

Had anyone have same problem or know how to fix this issue ?

Thanks for reporting. This is fixed in Role Scoper 1.3.RC3 (and 1.2.9.RC3 for WP < 3).
