I have a WPMU site set up as a job board (jobber theme) and have set the Jobs role to allow business members to access jobs because I want them and only them to be able to add jobs. I'm just not sure how I can set it so that it is only their own jobs that they can edit?

So I set those users to modify jobs (is that right?) then I set Default for new jobs to Job Contributor. So it looks like as  long as those groups are not asigned as Job Editor I should be right.
