My question is does it really work? I can see "Posts" when logon and category in "view all categories", but not the post. The post was created by the admin user and assigened to the category that has "Contrib" Role and "Edit" restriction.
Manages your WordPress database. Allows you to optimize database, repair database, backup database, restore database, delete backup database , drop/empty tables and run selected queries. Supports automatic scheduling of backing up, optimizing and repairing of database.
This plugin allows you to create and easily manage tables in the admin-area of WordPress. A comfortable backend allows an easy manipulation of table data. You can then include the tables into your posts, on your pages or in text widgets by using a shortcode or a template tag function. Tables can be imported and exported from/to CSV, XML and HTML.
After further investigation, this was a config issue with Category Restrictions set on the wrong roles. Post Reader, Private Post Read and Post Contributor were unrestricted for both categories, while Post Author, Post Editor, Category Assigner and Category Manager were restricted.
Reversing those restriction settings makes the access work as expected.

I got it. Thanks and it worked. Just one more question in this regards.
Now I do not see my post in public (i.e. without a login ) and I do see when the user logged in. But, When the user logged in I do see in the following mode, but I would not allow the user to edit the post.
3. Set Role Duration and/or Content Date Limits (optional)
Role Duration specifies the time period in which a role is active. Content Date Limits narrow the content which the role applies to.
This controls what limits to apply to the User / Group roles you select for creation or modification. Currently stored limits are indicated by a dotted border around the User or Group name. For details, hover over the name or view the User or Group Profile.
