Has anyone experienced this issue? Blank install of RS and all users except the admin (user created upon WP installation) cannot access the admin panel. Any ideas why?
Even tried removing the plugin, deleting database tables related to RS, reinstalled, same thing. If I deactivate the plugin everything goes well. If I activate it, only admin can login.

Check your PHP error log; it could be an "out of memory" error. RS memory usage is highest for non-Administrators in wp-admin.

I've got no memory erros and the memory limit is 128 Mb. Any idea if it can be related to server software? (I'm using Nginx / php-fpm)

I'm not aware of any conflicts, but it's possible. I haven't tested with nginx.
