This page http://getnew.biz/b/arhive/

has previously been closed and available only after the authorization on the blog for all subscribers. 

Now it is open, but the files are only available after login. How to make them available for downloading and listening?

Make sure the files are not attached to a private or reader-restricted post/page.

Make sure your wp-content/uploads/.htaccess file is writable

In Roles > Options: turn File Filtering off, click Update button, turn it back on, click Update button

Aha, I had a draft copy of this page where this files were closed. Delete page - and it worked! Thanks Kevin!
