The pages list is showing some of my subpages as main pages, leading to confusion.  as far as i can tell there are no technical re-purcussions, but it's annoying.

Is their parent page visible in the page list?

Do you have the following option enabled?

Roles > Options > Features tab > "Remap pages to visible ancestor"
