Hi Kevin,

just had a new issue today. Tried to upload a large zip folder (approx 12M) for one user, the file seems to be in the uploads directory correctly, I can get it back manually through ftp and it's fine. But when downloaded through the blog front end, it did not seem to get served correctly. I am using the EG-Attachments plugin, where I have not had any problems in the past. The file appears to download, but is empty when it comes to unzipping the contents.The file was uploaded to WP through the media upload, browser uiploader.

When I disable RS, I get the file downloaded from blog front OK.A test with other formats (pdf) and a very small .zip seem fine.

I'm uising latest verisons of RS, and WP 3.1-RC4. RS is set to filter file upload attachments. I'm also behind https://

any ideas what might be causing the problem?

I don't see why file size would matter in the current system since there is no direct file manipulation by the php. For now you could circumvent filtering of problematic files by manually adding the link to post content without formally attaching the file to any post.

I don't have any experience with the EG Attachments plugin. I wonder if you would see the same error with EG deactivated and standard file upload and attachment. Your server's https mechanism is also a potential factor but nobody else has mentioned problems with it.
