Restrict users to edit one page only

What is the simplest way to allow a user to only edit a single page? I'm creating a site for a client and they will need to register new users and give them a single page that is the only thing they'll be allowed to edit on the site. Is rolescoper the right tool for this kind of thing?

I just need to make it easy for the client to use, because they're unfamiliar with WordPress, and all the different roles and restrictions terminology is tough for even me to get a hang of at first. Thanks so much, this plugin is really extensive, a lot of time must have gone into it.

Sorry for the delayed response; this has been a very busy development time for me.

To enable a user to edit only a single page, first give them a WordPress role of Subscriber (or a custom WP role which contains only the read capability).

Then open up the desired page using Pages > All Pages > Edit. Scroll down the the "Editors" metabox. Expand it and click the Users tab. Key the username the filter box or click "show eligible users" box if necessary. Check the unbraced checkbox next to the username. Click Update to save the page.

Note that the braced checkbox is for assigning the role to subpages.
