Restrict Viewing of Custom Menu Links?

I just installed Role Scoper on my website.  I am loving it so far as it allows me to mimick a client area without actually having to write one up myself.  However, it seems I've run into a slight problem: custom menu links.  I've got a few that leads to specific areas within "wp-admin".  I see a "Link Reader" scope but that seems to only apply to post links and such rather than custom menu links.

Is there a way for me to hide my specific wp-admin links from certain roles (such as guests and visitors)?  If there is, how do I go about doing it?

(I haven't been able to find a topic here that covers this and I haven't been able to figure it out in the last 2 hours since I've installed and started messing with the plugin settings.)

Role Scoper does not filter custom wp-admin links in Nav Menus.

A custom solution could be developed by outputting jQuery to hide the links if $current_user->roles does not meet your criteria.
