I love the functionalities of Role Scoper. So it is one of the most essential plugins for my website. But when ever I activate Role Scoper, the jQuery Nivo Slider included with Striking theme (one of the most popular premium themes) never works.

Is there any solution for this problem? Can anyone help me?

Try unchecking "Slider Items" in Roles > Options > Realm > Post Types
