Role Scoper doesn't currently provide that functionality.

Though I haven't used/tested it lately, HidePost still appears to be the only plugin to add the "hide portion of content via shortcode" feature without imposing its own overall content permissions model. HidePost shortcodes are based on user level (which can still be set by Capability Manager) but it probably wouldn't be too hard to modify that code to look at user role instead.
