Locked entries do not fall in the overall RSS feed, and it is good. But those who have access to get them to the RSS does not work.
For example - how to configure GoogleReader for reciving restricted posts?

You should give your aggregator an rss url with the http_auth arg:
http://mysite.com/feed/?http_auth=1
Then configure it to pass an appropriate username and password through http authentication. If the aggregator doesn't support http authentication, your private/restricted posts cannot be included.

Google Reader is common agregator on the web.

Probably the http-authentication is not the best option. Maybe the secret RSS or something else?

If Google Reader doesn't support any type of authentication, there is no basis for selectively exposing private content via feed.

Yes, but it would be a significant development task… more than I would tack on as an unfunded feature.
