I like to provide visitors extensive search in posts and pages. I use Search Everything a couple of months. So far there was no problem (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search-everything/).
When I activate RS it doesn't work at all, can't find anything. When I deactivate RS it works again.
Would you recommend using a different one which is compatible with RS?

Looks like I'll need more info on this (what you're searching on, logged user role, your RS configuration, etc) as I'm not able to reproduce the error so far.

Hi Kevin,
I can search items like every tag name, every category name and description, every comment, comment authors, approved comments only, every excerpt, every author. I did not customize RS so far.

… none of them, even not words included in post titles. I have only chosen option above, there are more available in the plugin).

…and the search fails no matter whether you're logged as admin, some other user, or not logged in?

What versions of WP and Search Everything are you running? SE 6.5.1 has Author search disabled, with a caption that says "This is disabled for WP 2.8+. I'd appreciate the help if you have a fix."
Does disabling the option make any difference?

Blog runs WP 2.9.2 and SE 6.5.1, I just update the plugin yesterday and it seems to work fine.
