I've been searching for a nice roles/content restriction plugin and finally found this one. It works great (mostly).

I have been using tag__not_in to filter WP_Query results for quite some time now, and activating Role Scoper seems to break that functionality. Other filters (category__in) work just fine. In fact tag__in works fine too. So I'm not sure what is up. Here is an example of what I'm running:

$topStories = new WP_Query(array(

'tag__not_in' => array('78', '121'),

'category__in' => array('8')

));

This is on Wordpress 2.8.4, and Role Scoper 1.0.8. Thanks ahead of time!
