I have a user that is trying to search commonly used tags. We're finding that it only returns -1. Any thoughts on what could cause this?

It may have something to do with role definitions modified via Capability Manager. What did you do to them?

These are the settings for that particular user. The idea is that they can only post to QA, Upload media, and view pages.

Are the capabilities you set part of a customized WP role?
