Alright then, except when accessing the same contributor see the left menu of your admin panel options (limited) Restriction and Roles with that in place; so you can change the settings for the admin!

Something wrong? Or there is' some options in the limit for this view?

You can limit access to Role and Restriction settings by adjusting the following option:

Roles > General Tab > Content Maintenance > "Roles and Restrictions can be set:"
