Users have been logging in and updating pages they have access to. Recently, some users, upon updating or submitting the revision, are no longer able to see the page.  For example, while a user was editing
several pages, he got a `you may not edit this page' and then when he went to the page list, the page was gone. I am able to go back into the Roles for Pages and give the user access to the pages again, but this has happened with multiple users now.

Another thing, which may or may not be related, is that some subpages are no longer inheriting users based on the parent page. But I think this might have more to do with the User assignments disappearing after the page is saved by people in the Subscriber role. I am able to update pages OK as an Administrator.
