Hi, i've a lot of users in my private blog.

how can I set Role Scoper to ensure that every user can read in the frontend and change in the backend only its articles?

they must see only their article, only admin can read all.

Just give them a WordPress role of Author and ensure that the posts are saved with Private visibility.

You don't need Role Scoper for that, but may find this RS Option helpful:

Roles > Options > Features tab > Content Maintenance > "Default new Posts to Private visibility"
