Role Scoper 0.9.6 follows your Bug Reports

Note: a cache flush (via the Roles tab) may be necessary following update. This will be made automatic for the next revision.

This corrects several bugs, most of which were reported to me by users:

fixed various problems with crediting of roles to non-admin, non-editor users (“attempt has failed” error was one symptom)
workaround for conflict with WP Security Scan plugin — re-establish WP version if necessary
fixed “call time pass by reference error” on edit post
suppress Object Roles admin links for users without pertinent access
in Exclusive Objects admin page, list only objects user can admin
some Exclusive Objects edit links were missing
rephrased caption on Object Roles admin page from “No object roles are set” to “No object roles to administer”
added missing table caption in Object Roles, Exclusive Objects pages
corrected one note at bottom of Exclusive Sections page
suppress version change info for versions <= what you already have
